BD Flood we’re delighted to attend ICF Health and Safety awards that were held in the in Kaedeen Hotel, Newbridge, Co Kildare.

We pick up one award for the General Safety. This award highlights our dedication and commitment to health and safety in all our plant locations around the country

On the night Vincent Flanagan our Health and Safety Manager accepted the award from Mr Pat Breen T.D. Minister of State with special responsibility for Trade, Employment, Business, EU Digital Single Market and Data Protection, alongside our Group Director John Flood.

All ICF members that are involved in quarrying, ready-mixed concrete and precast concrete manufacturing are available to enter these awards which recognises the highest Health and Safety standards among its membership. The awards were made to companies for innovative or practical steps or initiatives that have been taken to reduce the risk of injury or occupation ill-health among employees and others.

BD Flood we’re delighted to be involved in this development where we supplied 814 cubic meters of concrete.
